Do you require an NDA before discussing project details?
We strongly recommend executing an NDA before sharing specific compound structures or proprietary program details. We have a standard bilateral NDA ready to share immediately. NDA execution typically takes 1–2 business days.
What scales do you work at?
We routinely work from milligram scale (≥1 mg) through to 100g batches. For larger scales or GMP requirements, we can facilitate introductions to our manufacturing partners while maintaining scientific oversight of the program.
What analytical data do you provide with each compound?
Standard delivery includes: ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR (when sufficient material), HPLC purity chromatogram, LC-MS confirmation, and a Certificate of Analysis. For reference standards and impurity work, HRMS and IR are also included. Additional data (chiral HPLC, elemental analysis) available on request.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to USA, EU, UK, Japan, Singapore, and most other major markets via FedEx and DHL with proper chemical export documentation. We handle all customs and import compliance paperwork.
Do you use ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook)?
Yes. All experimental work is documented in a structured ELN with full audit trails, version control, and date-stamped entries. ELN exports are available as part of the standard data package upon project completion.
